Black Tie Protocol offers the service of an FFL under the registered name of Silent Overwatch. Be it a private party transfer, a destination FFL for a firearm purchase off the web, or if you would like to purchase one of the in stock firearms listed here.

Firearm Transfers:

For person to person transfers please contact us to timely schedule an appointment and make the transaction happen.
If needing the FFL for an internet purchase, please give the seller this email: info@blacktieprotocol.com to initiate the shipping and receiving of the firearm.
